SHIPPING & HANDLING
When placing an order with APOF you will, as soon as the transaction is completed, receive an email confirming the registration of your order. However, this is not your Order Confirmation.
APOF uses XXXXX when shipping domestically and to Sweden. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. If your order is placed Friday after 2:00 PM, it will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including a track & trace identification code for you to track your order during transit at www.XXXX. Is the package content damaged during transit you must report this to Post Danmark immediately, latest 2 days prior received the goods, and return it to us.
Goods sent to other EU countries and countries outside EU will be sent with UPS. All shipments abroad are sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package cannot be sent as a gift to non-EU countries as an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. Neither do they deliver packages to a P.O. Box. Regular service within Europe is approximately 4-5 business days. Regular service outside of Europe is approximately 5-7 business days (more information in the shipping chart below). After receiving your order confirmation you will receive an e-mail from UPS which will include carrier and tracking number information, enabling you to track your shipment at at any time.
Domestical buyers and buyers from Sweden get FREE Shipping when purchasing for 1200 DKK or more. (Does not apply if your order contains SALE items)
International buyers get FREE Shipping when purchasing for 3000 DKK or more. (Does not apply if your order contains SALE items)
APOF cannot be held responsible for damaged goods during transit. We strive to pack our shipment very carefully so this should not occur. APOF cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit. During sale you must anticipate a longer delivery time.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
APOF ApS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
